I went hiking with mom, dad and my brother this weekend. We stayed at Maurvangen, which is very close to Gjende. On saturday we had a four and a half hour trip, which was very nice. Not too far, but that was ok. We had planned to hike on sunday as well, but it was pouring rain... Too bad!

That looks like a very nice place Hilde. Did you walk on 'Besseggen'? Pity about the weather though. We had a couple of quite suny and hot days in Sogn. Back home now.
I didn't walk on Besseggen this time. I've walked it once before, and it was very nice.
