I'm so glad there is such a thing as cinnamon rolls!
-I think cinnamon rolls make the world just a little bit better. ;)

I've had a great weekend i Risør, a tiny and beautiful town by the ocean south in Norway. My wonderful friend Bente lives there, and this weekend I have been down there to visit, which was really nice! One of the things we did, was baking, and I ate many many cinnamon rolls yesterday. Mmmmmmmm!! Thanks Bente! :)

Hei, Hilde!
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I still visit your blog every now and then but sadly I am a poor commenter...

And my goodness, I LOVE cinnamon rolls. they definetly deserve a blogpost every now and then =)

Hope all is good, and God bless you.

I will be trying to comment more frequently...

Two of the best reasons to visit Norway....cinnamon rolls and Risor. Or even better....Stavern. That's one of my MOST favourite places in your country Hilde.

I have been to Stavern maybe once or twice, but that's a long time ago. I don't remember very much of how it is and what it looks like there. But I must admit I'm surprised that it is your favourite, Tim. Why is that? I mean, there are so many beautiful places in Norway. Why Stavern? :)

I agree about there being MANY beautiful places in Norway Hilde. Starting from the top I've visited Kirkenes, Alta, Tromso, Karasjok, Kautokeino, Borgen (YWAM base), Vesteralen, Polar Circle, Trondheim, Eintroa (YWAM base), Dovrefjell, Otta, Sognefjell, Sogndal, Balestrand, Bergen, Finse, Gol, Hardangerfjord, Lardal (Telemark), Oslo, Askim, Halden and Kristiansand. I love all those places....I love Norway. I guess Stavern just holds a special memory for me for some reason, so I regard it as beautiful!

Wow Tim, you've been to more Norwegian places than I have. I want to go to Finnmark. It's the only county of Norway I have left to go to.

I really think you need to visit the southern towns like Kragerø, Risør and Grimstad! They are beautiful during summer, but I guess you know that. :) It's just something else to smell and hear it in addition to see it, you know.
